Customer service not very helpful
I placed an order using a promotional code, it worked fine and deducted the discount off my order total and displayed the lower price to pay at checkout, i then entered my card details and paid, but upon receipt of my order confirmation email, I had been charged the higher amount before discount. I contacted customer service whom advised me I could not use the discount code because items were already on offer, what they didn't seem to understand is my concern is that it should have stated this at checkout and not afterwards, the code should have stated invalid if that was the case and not give me a false total amount to pay at checkout and then charge me the higher total after my card details had gone through. Apart from that delivery was on time and products seem ok.
