Schlechte Netzabdeckung selbst in Berlin

Ich bin seit Jahrzehnten Kunde. Die Netzabdeckung im Norden Berlins ist eine Katastrophe. Ständig reißen die Verbindung beim telefonieren ab. Nach einer Anfrage bekam ich eine lapidare Antwort das die Netzabdeckung super sei! Bestandskunden sind für dieses Unternehmen scheinbar uninteressant......
