I made a click and collect order at…
I made a click and collect order at 930am Monday morning. No phone call until 1130 Wednesday morning telling me I could wait until the following Monday for the 8 hollow blocks I had ordered to be transfered from another store 6 miles away or collect from the other store the following day. So I travelled the 6 miles and collected them. Having stood in a queue for 11 mins the normal heavy side admin team couldn’t process my online order so I had to queue again in the sales team area! The only good thing about this whole procedure was the very nice and capable forklift driver that helped load the blocks into my car. Click and collect usually means quick and efficient service! Wickes and Screwfix manage this easily but clearly not Covers!! I will not be using Covers Click and collect again.
