Don’t waste your time
Made the 40 minute trip one way to Makros and asked the less than happy chappy if I could sign up for membership to which I was told I had to go away and do it online. Stated that I had just travelled 40 mins and I have Executive membership with Costco and I was able to sign up at the customer service desk to which I was told no I need to go away. So I sat in the car trying to locate this membership online as the clown at the front desk was less than helpful and well I gave up after 15 minutes! In total by the time I returned home that’s two hours of my time I’ll never get back. Safe to say I won’t be back and the fact you’re turning a business away that asks for membership shows what a 💩 show the company is. It’s no wonder the reviews are so poor here. This told me all I needed to know. This was the Nantgarw / Pontypridd branch and I won’t be back. I’ll stick to Costco where the customer service is a lot better.
