24 hours taken from my visit
My girlfriend asked me to visit because her husband just died and she is alone. I have limited time because I am a nurse and happened to have enough days off. (4) I made a flight for Sunday 6am. I received a text on Sat at 4pm that my flight was cancelled and I was rebooked on a flight Mon 6am. So 24 hours was taken from my friend because SW is a CF. There were SEVERAL flights out on Sun. I am so so so angry at this airline and after this WILL NOT fly them again. Horrible service.
