Rubbish customer service
Have used Travel FX for a few years and have always had good rates and a very quick and easy process with the cash always being delivered on time. But they must have changed their fast payment system and it now does not support my bank Virgin Money for what reason they don't seem to know or really seem interested. I then tried to make payment by their alternative methods neither of which would work even with multiple attempts. You have to email them they don't do phone calls? I was very disappointed with their customer service or rather lack of it, they replied to one email after what looks like having not read and understood my previous email. Basically they were not interested into trying to sort the problem out. Only seem to be any good until you have a problem unfortunately, give them a miss plenty of other companies out there. AVOID it's easier to get in touch with HMRC that's how poor they were.
