we are not happy about this kind of service
I have been persistently asked to pay the fine fee of £90, because of just 2-3 weeks of late payment of service charge about 2 years ago. We did explained to management team that we neither received your letter nor by e-mail to notify us that it was due. However, in good faith I called directly to your office, and point out to you the circumstances, and then paid it in full immediately.
