Skipping and overwriting files at the cost of cheap storage
On one hand, you get a lot of cloud storage for a great price. But on the other hand, the service is not reliable, at least when working in a web browser. When uploading a large number of files, I repeatedly experienced situations where the cloud DID NOT upload all of the files, simply skipping some without notifying me or stopping the upload (In case of folders with a larger number of photos, it repeatedly happened to me that only exactly 100 photos were uploaded through the browser, not even one more). Another problem is that, unlike Microsoft's OneDrive, the service does not ask you if you want to skip or replace previously uploaded files when you attempt to upload them again, instead automatically replacing or updating them. This can cause a lot of serious and irreversible issues, and the page loading in the browser is also needlessly slow. In terms of actively trying to persuade users to download the desktop version of the application, it does so in the worst possible way and risks users permanently losing files that either won't be uploaded or will be overwritten.
