RIP OFF MERCHANTS!
I applied ONLINE for car insurance, you contacted me to say i did not mention a claim (which was a no fault claim), and tried to add another £170 on. This was all within an hour or taking the policy out, so i asked to cancel and you charged me £40. The policy was not even due to start for another week.Totally disgusting. I am going to the ombudsman, i can see you have done this many times to others. Shame on you!
