2nd review My husband has an ongoing claim after a car accident. The first review was one star as I call and have received 2emails in 2 and a half years. When he calls he is told because the case is complicated and it’s needs a high claims person to deal with it. He calls and 4times he is told that I have passed your worries onto who is dealing with your case, but after 2and a half years they do not know who this person is. I know these things are complicated but it would be nice to hear from the person who is fighting his corner.
