4 years continuous excellent service
Our boundary issues involved seven different neighbours and lasted around 4 years including an adverse possession claim. Spencer Lawn was our legal representative for the majority of this period until conclusion of the cases. Spencer was at all times professional, polite, positive and prompt in responding to phone calls and emails which was so important in our complicated and stressful cases. We did not get the expected result in the adverse possession case but it was vital to our farm and finances that we had the support of Irwin Mitchell and Spencer Lawn provided through Arc Legal and our Aviva House Insurance.
