IT nightmare
Chrysalis allows adult learners to access courses but unfortunately the platform on which they operate from make the whole process more stressful than it needs to be. Too many titles of work ti be completed all meaning the same thing. The online student platform did not work a lot of the time, kept course notes in a disorganised way, and assessments were explained in a complicated manner making the student journey far more difficult than need be. I enjoyed the actual content but it needs to be made easier to navigate. Some of our course nearly left because of IT issues rather than difficulty in studying.
