I think with service companies it always starts with the people - sorry for stating the obvious but sometimes that gets missed. We have used the services of Audley to arrange special holidays several times and have always had great experience with them. From their knowledge of the destinations, to logistics to all the peculiarities to watch out for - they prep you to make sure your trip goes smoothly so you can enjoy your holiday every inch (or centimeter) of the way. Our most recent Costa Rica adventure was so good - wonderful little resorts which fitted exactly what we were looking for - such a smooth and enjoyable experience - well worth the investments we made in money and time.
