Poor customer service
Meal selections were fun to explore and try. Several times I either did not receive the correct instruction card or it was missing. My main reason for stopping this service is due to poor customer service and a vicious attempt to screw the customer rather than listen to the customer. A family member has been using this service because I invited them. Things happen and not everyone is “perfect”, but your company has zero tolerance for a mistake (cut-off dates changing for the holiday weekend and it not being realized or seen until it is too late to make a change in order). Where has mercy gone? As a local business owner in the food industry, we always say the “customer is right” and do all we can to satisfy the customer. This company does not have that code of ethics in my opinion. Therefore, they lost 2 customers due to greed.
