First, the heels I ordered are BEAUTIFUL!! I love them! However, I thought i ordered my size heels, but they ended up being slightly to big (weird, right?) Anyways so I reached out to customer service and I let them know and asked what could be done, since these heels are for my wedding... well they offered to replace them free of charge!! And suggested i go down a size, which i hope works out! This company has been AMAZING to work with and order from. I will tell everyone! :)
