Unprofessional at all levels!!
I purchased £500 worth of premium artificial grass, upon the point of sale I said I would phone the store to confirm a delivery time for the following day after being reassured it would be delivered in the morning. I phoned the store back to confirm I had moved working commitments around and could then recieve the order in the morning to which they agreed and confirmed plus promised it'd be there in the morning. Come the day of delivery there is still no sign of my order despite phoning the store to confirm and only to be told it'll be there before 12. Overall experience from the wrexham store is as following: significantly unprofessional, poor passage of communication internally. How is this business even operating on the principle factor they cannot even stick to their word of doing what a business is required to do - deliver the goods to the customer. It is really that simple.
