It was a long arduous sale, two buyers pulled out and the third time we had a ‘I want 3% off’ just before exchange. That said Charlotte in the progressions team kept me Informed at every turn offering sound advice and kept pushing the buyer and both sets of solicitors until completion. I have used Sandersons before and I will use them again, my experience of the Canterbury office from marketing to sale has been positive all the way.
