Good product, bad account support.
No issues with the product/service in my opinion. The issue I have that's causing me to rate at a 3 is with the auto renew option. Like most people I tend jot to auto renew on products as you always end up getting shafted paying far more as a repeat customer rather than purchasing it as if a new customer. As such I've spent the last 40 mins attempting to find out how to disable the auto renew option. I went through the app, their website and then eventually their 3rd party payment companies website in order to disable the auto renew function. I get that they want to have as many people as possible using it as it just mean repeat business. But it's just such a shady practise hiding the option to disable the auto renew. Bitdefwnder need to do better with this!
