the worst booking experience 0 stars if possible
if there is an option to give 0 stars i would have also done that. worst booking experience ever. they suddenly changed my flight and decided to give me an alternative that i didn't want so i called to fix the issue but they had a technical problem in their system. i kept calling twice per week for 4 weeks and the technical problem was still there and then on one day that called and told me that now there is another change in the other flight and that they can't provide a near flight. they ruined all of my vacation. also when i requested a cancellation the employee was like yes for sure no problem and i will take care of that myself and i requested an email onconfirmation while on the phone with him and he was like yes no worries i will do that and then after hanging up still no email no confirmation and nothing has happened. it is like speaking with brick walls
