Unexpected Bill Handled Well
I have an apartment in London and the previous managing agents were a nightmare. Out of the blue I received an unexpected invoice from Red Rock who I was unaware had taken over the service. I was hopping mad but I was delighted to find someone who was actually interested in helping me. Beverley was lovely, understood my problem, and set the wheels in motion to resolve the issue.
