Having received a thumb splint for left hand it had been out to someone else as the bag had been cut opened and the sealed up with a small piece of sellotape. I telephoned your company asked me to send pictures of the damaged splint which was badly frayed in the end of the thumb. I was sent a email to send picture and brief description of damage and return to you. Which I did within a couple of hours . I have since not heard back from you yet.
