Lin is awesome!
Lin has been an amazing tool for my healing journey. Having a coach who with empathy and understanding is able walk with me through getting rid of pain is so helpful and encouraging. The activities and guidance the app provides have been valuable tools in understanding how pain works, reducing pain, and as a bonus reducing fear in all areas of my life. I had no idea what an impact this program would have on my whole outlook and approach to living but it has greatly changed how I move through the world in so many areas. And I have been able to be active again for the first time in 4 years! I went on 3 ski trips this winter and didn’t have any pain! Thank you Lin and Miquela (the most amazing coach!) for truly changing my life!
