Absolutely Horrid Experience [AVOID]
Absolutely horrid experience. We rented the floor sander and edge sander combo package - the floor sander was faulty put huge gouges in our floor and the edge sander started smoking after 20mins of use. We attempted to contact them and were redirected to the online support email... It took DAYS for us to get someone to do an exchange... it took them bringing four different floor sanders only for us to say no thanks... all were damaged! They claim they are tested, well we came to find that they are only electrically tested and not balance tested (the drum)... which means you are highly likely to never get an even/balanced sand on your floors. We are currently disputing all charges as they had the cheek to want to actually bill us extra time... yes the time they took to try and get us working equipment. I called multiple times, sent emails... nothing! I contacted the managers - branch and region, nothing. I even sent an email to their CEO... nothing. My husband and I ended up on our knees trying to sand out the gouges left by their faulty equipment. I would avoid, avoid, avoid!
