SCUF GRISELDA FOR THE WIN!!!
Review update: Previous review: 2 stars, Now: 5 stars. Shipping service/order problems: 1 star, Service from Griselda: 5 stars This review is solely being written for scuf Griselda. I have had such a trouble with my package getting through customs, and I still have yet to receive it. I understand things happen, and although it has been 7 days while stuck in clearance, and is almost 5 days past the expected delivery date, not all hope is lost. I’ve been through about 5-6 hours worth of phone calls with FedEx, research about customs, clearance delays, shipping protocol, consolidated shipment, and several other things, including a couple different scuf agents who were not so helpful. Then I got scuf Griselda. Initially I had thought it was more of the same, and that I wasn’t going to accomplish anything from the conversation, but boy was I wrong. She helped me not only get in contact with a supervisor who she mentioned would help see if we could do anything about my package being stuck in Limbo at FedEx, but she also was able to get me a partial refund for the difference of the controller from when I purchased it originally, and the price change while the order has been stuck in transit. All in all, I’m hoping my package gets to me soon, but all I can do is wait. Side note: give Griselda a raise :)
