Rude staff on return journey
Flying out from Birmingham we had a great experience although we had paid for priority we weren’t boarded first and also bags took forever to come out in fact I think our bags were one of the last to come through. Returning from Antalya to BHX what a nightmare, the flight was an hour late taking off despite them opening the gates the airline chose to wait for 2 sets of customers who were late WHY!!!? The entire flight was held up because they chose to wait for these passengers with also no updates or apologies on the fact that it was going to be delayed. When on board the flight the majority of the staff were pleasant however there was the main cabin crew who was leading the team and was extremely rude to the customers on fact spent the entirety of the flight closing curtains on customers faces going into the toilet to do her makeup and turning off the green light for the toilets which would form a queue, the toilets were closed most of the flight as she kept on turning on and off the access light, a number of passengers near us commented on how she was so rude and how they would never fly SunExpress again and stick woth Jet2 A shame really as it was particular members of staffs attitude that has ruined the reputation of this airline
