Their incompetence is staggering.
Went back and forth with their customer support for nearly a whole month trying to download and open a ZIP file. It started with the file turning up empty, then it was corrupted and couldn't be unpacked. Their Download Manager is comically broken in that it couldn't find a file it needs sitting right next to it. I've sent them technical details that'd help diagnose the issue, and their response every time is to reset the download and have me try again. To be clear: we're talking about archiving a few music files, and downloading them. This is as trivial as it gets, but Musictoday have found ways to make something technically easy into something impossible. Eventually, I requested a refund which was ostensibly granted (it has yet to arrive) and customer support's parting shot was to blame me (despite ample supporting documentation for my complaint).
