DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY!! You will definitely be taken advantage of. I have never been as frustrated with a company as I am with Parker and Sons. I had a new AC installed 3.5yrs ago and purchased the "Extended, cover all parts Warranty". This AC cost $10,000.00. My friends have had their AC replaced, between $6-$7k. If it hadn't been 115 degrees we would have shopped around but they offered us 2 mobile AC units until install day. At the time we were told that we needed insulation at $2100.00 more, which we did. We have done our 6mo service calls religiously and today my tech informs me that my coils need to be cleaned, and of course there is a charge. What about the "Warranty"? Doesn't seem to cover this. Tech, who is a salesperson, cut me a "deal" for $378 to clean 2 coils, down from over $1000. I wanted my water, reverse osmosis, filters changed (included in warranty) and of course that couldn't be done because my water pressure regulator was not working properly, $875. Was told that if I didn't clean my coils and the compressor or condenser went, it probably would not be covered. Every time they walk in my house it costs hundreds of dollars. Every time I speak to a tech, they apologize for the "Sales People" who gave me misinformation. This is a greedy, Sales, not customer-oriented company. I WILL, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
