Perfect for beginners
We run sake tasting workshops and Gekkeikan is always our go-to starter sake. It's approachable, well-balanced, and helps newcomers understand what good sake should taste like. The consistent quality makes it reliable for business use. Sometimes I wish it had a bit more character, but for its purpose, it's excellent.
