Above and beyond a genuine and comforting encounter. I reached out with anxiety and blindly, trying to find my way through my current tax situation. Not only did they offer assistance, but they also made suggestions. Maybe it wasn’t as extreme/scary as it felt, but also was so honest and comforting about other possible avenues, making clear that they are not about the profit or taking advantage of their clients.
