Continuity when needed most taken by Cluey. Use another tutor company
Prior to today, I would of ranted and raved about what a great service they provide. How flexible and available and caring and passionate their tutors are. They advertise that they expertly match students to teachers, yet my daughter is now in her HSC year and they say no, cant have either of those tutors. One of her tutors she has been working with since 2020 and now they advise that her tutors are not "approved". This is after investing significant money and time and the student and tutor building relationships. When the student is in the critical part of their learning CLUEY decide that the tutors are no longer approved. DISGRACEFUL. I hope they change their mind and I can delete this review. If they dont, I hope this helps another parent who struggles to find the money to best help their child and this parent finds a different company that will enable continuity of learning with the same tutor. To find a new tutor because of your change in mind on who is approved when just starting year 12 is shameful Cluey
