Had issues with my account login on two…
Had issues with my account login on two separate occasions. (At my end) Contacted Beatlab Audio via email and both times, received a response within 24hours. Each time, they were able to kindly suggest solutions to fix the problem. Their level of customer service is way above what I have experienced from some of the "big name" companies, and the quality of their preset and sample packs, are some of the best around. Well done Beatlab Audio. I'll be a loyal customer for life!
