Sadlers membership team is not fit for purpose
The Sadlers wells membership team is not fit for purpose. The membership perks are ok, but the team itself is terrible at communication. Recently I met a patron who said that the membership team is doing a terrible job. I’d reckon if the membership team made a genuine effort to support members resolve issues, then Sadlers would get more money. It was either emailing the feedback team or writing this review. The membership team does not take calls. Perhaps this post will have a positive impact. I love Sadlers but the membership team is not in the same sphere of excellence as the dance companies that perform in the venue.
