Worst Experience ever
Worst Experience ever I registered with OLI in January to get a GST certificate for my new firm. Upon registering they kept calling me every day to make the payment and get the process started and assured that i will get my certificate in 15 days saying it usually takes 7 days but we like to keep a buffer. Its been 5 months now and i haven't received any certificate or response from their team. It is so incompetent that even the seniors don't know what they are doing, they have hired cheap 10th class kids for their customer support. The senior staff makes spelling mistakes while filling the form when you have provided all the documents and the details are literally printed on the given document. A simple copy and paste task seems too much to handle by OLI team. Every time you want to speak to a customer support executive some random person will take the call who has no idea what he/she is doing and has one script that has "I have raised a call back request and our senior executive will call and address your issue" thats all they can speak! and guess what they never call back. its been over 5 months and i am still waiting for my call back and my GST certificate. I got frustrated and requested for a refund and guess what i am still waiting for a call back from their senior executive. imagine how frustrating it is to be excited to start your own small scale business to support your family and companies like Online legal india take advantage of your innocence and keep making you run around in circles like a clown. Now all my excitement is suppressed and i have lost all the motivation to get things done. I have been running around OLI for 5 months! they never respond to your emails never call back never can give you a proper feedback or guide you to what needs to be done. this is the worst firm to work with. THE WORST OF ALL
