Could easily be 5 star with some management decisions
BRMR is the best rental company in the area. Their people are great, always trying to please. The only reason I can't give a 5 star is because I've made basic suggestions over the past few years that don't get implemented. Every rental home I've ever owned had specific instructions for renters on AC, Heat, Internet, and TV.....at the very minimum. I've rented homes from BRMR for several years now, and they don't see this as important. This isn't an employee problem (they are great and always want to help); it's a management problem that fails to recognize how this one small change could greatly increase renter satisfaction. This last home I rented was a disaster for 2 days until we figured out what could have easily been known with simple operational instructions about the home's basics. But again, BRMR is the best in the area and I'll continue to use them despite the easily avoidable problems I encounter each time I rent.
