A very happy landlord
We have been with John Shepherd for more than two years. Our experience has been first class. We were anxious about letting our flat but have had superb service from all the staff we have had contact with. The process of finding tenants went very smoothly and the subsequent dealings with John Shepherd whenever there was something that needed to be addressed in the flat was dealt with very efficiently. We were always consulted properly and action taken swiftly. At the end of the tenancy the painting etc in preparation for the next tenant was also handled well. The accounting system is also very easy to understand and follow. We hope the staff we have come to know and rely on don't leave!
