Disappointed in wait time.
I was very disappointed in the wait time to see a physician after paying over $200. I had to cancel membership because I felt as though I was wasting my time and paid for a service that wasn’t rendered. I signed up with another company and was able to schedule a visit on the same day at a cheaper rate. I got my prescription filled in a timely fashion. Also, customer service was never available for questions via phone. Poor customer service.
