Shortages, Long delays, BAD communicaiton
Ordered several tools for drilling in hard concrete & hobby tools (dremel) for routing wood. After a long delay they contacted me that they couldn't source some of the hobby routing tools. I highlighted that I'd be happy to receive what they *do* have, but the *hammerdrill* is the most important. *Months* later they send me a package with several items *except* the hammerdrill, since then it was out of stock. As I was out of the country - celebrating Christmas with family overseas - I couldn't take delivery. To add insult to injury, they slapped me with a charge for returning the package. Would not recommend.
