Can't access my water account
I previously lived in a property supplied by iwnl I informed them I was moving to another house also with the water supplied by iwnl. But since I moved into my new property I have tried accessing my new account online with password resets galore and still I cannot log in. This is absolutely pathetic. I've been on the online chat, I've constantly emailed them to try and get access to my online account so that I can pay my monthly bill online, but still cannot log in. My bills are now mounting up and my stress levels and anxiety have gone through the roof. Don't know what else I'm supposed to do. They ask me to try logging in on another device....and yes I've even tried that. They are not helpful at all.
