Mixed experience
Some consultants were fantastic while others seemed less experienced. The initial assessment was thorough, but follow-up support was inconsistent. When we got the right consultant, the advice was spot-on and really helped with our baby's sleep issues. Just wish the quality was more consistent across the board.
