Initial remote contact concern!
Initially concerned that all contacts would be 'remote' and impersonal but telephone and electronic communication worked and the case worker was extremely pleasant and even more imprtantly, very efficient and quickly found a suitable lender and facilitated and managed the process to our complete satisfaction.
