Southwest is not what it used to be
Twice my family has had a trip booked and twice the flight was canceled at 12 am the night before. Our flight time was early morning each time, 5-6am. All we get is a text saying our flight is canceled. We then have to call customer service and wait hours to actually talk to someone. You should have a person, not a automated response, reach out and help every individual affected by the cancelation. I should not be wasting my time for your screw up! I understand stuff happens but it is up to the business to fix that,, not the customer!! As far as I'm concerned southwest does not deserve my business and I hope this review sways other individuals as well. I work in customer service and I know how it should go. Southwest you have a lot of work to do!
