Title: Unfair Account Closure and Unresponsive Support Team Review: "My account was closed even though I did not violate any rules. I previously had another account with the same name, but I closed it due to security concerns and created this new account. On my old account, three surveys were completed that I did not do, which made me think my account had been hacked. As a result, I decided to close it completely. Despite having no violations or duplicate accounts, my new account was unfairly closed. I have contacted the support team multiple times, explaining the situation in detail and requesting a review, but I have received no response. It is unacceptable for customer support to be this unresponsive. Closing my old account for security reasons and opening a new one does not violate any rules, so why am I being unfairly penalized? I demand my account be reinstated immediately and my issue resolved. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter and take further action regarding this negligence and unfair treatment."
