Southwest is the BEST airline
I travel twice if not three times a month for work. I am a A list preferred with Southwest for many reason. I typically fly southwest however if there isn’t a non stop flight I will settle for American. Southwest hires a great people! Every time I get on SW plane, I’m welcomed with a smile (even though the mask) and possibly a joke! I love the humor of their employees. They go out of their way to ensure every passengers is comfortable and happy. When I do have the fly American, it is horrible. The staff is rude and stiff. If it’s a 4 hour flight and you get up to ask for water, they are extremely rude and some have even rolled their eyes. Thank you Southwest for taking care of your clients! It is apparent that you hire great people!
