Singapore Airlines has awful customer service.
Singapore Airlines has just unilaterally changed the second leg of a business class flight (which was all one booking) without changing the first leg. This meant that the second leg took off the day before the first leg landed. These flights are next week! It is left to me to contact SA to resolve. They will not let me do anything online directly so I have to speak to their customer service center. So far I've been on hold for 1.5 hours (and then they hung up before answering) and currently on hold the second time for over an hour with little confidence of resolution. This is beyond insanely bad customer service.
