Apalling customer service
Obviously the cheapest option, but I believe their customer service neutralises it. Ordered a SIM which was stolen on the way and I received an empty envelope. Here is how every customer service call has gone: 1. can we verify it is you? 2. Can you spell your entire name for us? Like you are in the US army Delta, Tiger etc. 3. No no, obviously we cannot have your phone number, email or address with us. Spell those out too. 4. Obviously we cannot tell you whether the SIM has been activated or that someone is using it. 5. We can send you a new SIM? Fine? After several weeks of waiting, the SIM doesn't arrive. Call again, repeat the above procedure. Get the same answers. Every call with them is just the customer service person sighing deeply at everything you say. The responses are blunt and rude. Avoid at all cost.
