Order placement was quick and was handled very good. Issues started as of trying to get clarity on shipment. Seems 10 days production is not respected at all. Customer Service is not able to get precise and even indicative dates. I am not sure that this helps to move business forward. Finally they confirmed that my order will be shipped partially. My only advise would be, please don’t place any order with this company.
