I was told a refund could not be…
I was told a refund could not be issued. We are awaiting to escalate the matter. I used the wrong card when paying for his insurance he stated we would need for protection which was $97 last training was $57 they make up there prices to collect fees off people through the one day training allegedly. I have not even been a full 3 days into training and I canceled the membership. I should be refunded back the $97 dollars back into my spouse account as he is highly pissed that a company who makes money right can’t issue a refund that doesn’t even make sense? They should have no issue processing refunds especially since it has not even been 3 day’s into training. Jacob should had also mentioned that it’s non refundable in training before people started getting SCAMMED. It’s unacceptable and do not waste your money. I thought this was an actually company who already has incoming calls coming in allegedly. Please do not waste a dime unless you would like to find all your own leads and we all know in today’s world that comes with even more cost.
