Work experience ever!!
Work experience ever!!! I traveled to Turkey with my family. On our return we arrived to Antalya at 11.40am when we wanted to do our check in we was told our flight had left at 8am and not at the time it was schedule for at 2.40pm. When we approached the airline information desk we was told we needed to pay an additional £1200 for our return to the Uk. After spending all that extra money not adding that we had to wait 11 extra hours at the airport with 2 kids, sleeping on the floor and paying £80 for a simple Macdonald. I messaged the airline to tell the we was never informed of the change of time. No email, no phone call (nothing ). When the person I was chatting to said we was informed, but when I asked the person for an evidence they seem to ignore this. I am still requesting for this evidence as I am fighting to get all extra expenses I’ve spend. This was not the way I wanted to end my beautiful trip. Your airline need to be held responsible for not informing me and ruining the last day of our trip. I have sent all the evidence via email to the airline and the third party agency which was loveholidays . I will be waiting for an answer or they will be receiving daily emails from me.
