inflatable lid was covered by warranty but....

Unaware that inflatable lid was covered by warranty so purchased a replacement. Replacement is faulty, losing air. Company wouldn't process warranty claim even though bought from them. Insist on me cutting out the valve before they will send a replacement. Hot tub will then have no insulation/protection until replacement arrives. EDITED following response below No further contact received since email requesting cut out valve before @lay-z-spa will send replacement making it extremely expensive for me to keep my hot tub heated.....
