I have purchased a number of products from Joyo, and been pleased with both the quality and price. I recently encountered a problem with a guitar preamp unit (still under Warranty, fortunately) that defied all diagnosis, so I contacted the firm. From the outset, my contact - Dave Grant - couldn’t have been more helpful. He rushed me a new replacement unit, in time for me to fit it before a live gig last Saturday night. When things do occasionally go awry, customers have a right to expect a prompt response - and I certainly got that from this guy. Great customer service!
